International partnerships

To increase the uptake of research and evidence in the Asia-Pacific region and to strengthen our networks with Australian counterparts, we have established a Memorandum of Understanding with the Australian Development Gateway (ADG), a clearinghouse for international development news and information for organisations in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Through this agreement, the GSDRC will support the ADG by providing new research materials on conflict and fragile states, and by distributing research reports and other publications through the ADG web site.

The ADG is an AusAID-funded internet portal that promotes fresh, topical, relevant information and connections for development practitioners across the Asia-Pacific region. It supports the international development community in efforts to reduce poverty and enhance sustainable development in the region. The ADG was launched in July 2004 and is managed by NetReturn Consulting Pty Ltd.
