• The World Bank website has several sections that relate to service delivery, including: health, nutrition and population; water supply and sanitation; and education.
• ELDIS is a knowledge service based at IDS that aims to share the best in development policy, practice and research. The Eldis resource guide on Public sector and service delivery includes sector specific resources, as well as resources on privatisation, public-private partnerships and non-state providers. The website also has a number of other resource guides related to service delivery, including: education; health; and health systems.  
• The DFID Health Resource Centre (HRC) provides support to the UK Department for International Development (DFID) and its partners on public health, communicable and non-communicable diseases, health systems and financing in low and middle income countries.
• The WELL Resource Centre is a focal point for providing access to information about water, sanitation and environmental health and related issues in developing and transitional countries.
• The International Development Department (IDD) at Birmingham University have been conducting research into non-state provision of basic services since 2004.  The website provides reports on research findings and information on the research team. 
• The Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, has a number of publications and major research programmes on health issues in developing countries.
• The Overseas Development Institute (ODI) is a British think tank that works on international development and humanitarian issues.  The Institute undertakes research on service delivery in developing countries and has web-resources on: health and water and sanitation
• The United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN) is a global network sharing information and experiences in relation to public administration. The website includes a directory of international, regional and national institutions working on public administration.
• The African Association for Public Administration and Management (AAPAM) is an international professional association for African public administrators and managers. The association runs annual events and training and publishes resources on various aspects of service delivery.
